Attic Stairs

Attic stairs (or loft ladders) may be used to store your possessions in your attic (this is the option that you can use instead of the basement, where the moist environment can damage your things) and are a perfect way to access an extra bedroom, room for study or play space.

Ladders that are used for attic stairs are designed for your convenience with the fold down stairs system, equipped with all accessories. Usually they have the cover with a lock making it possible to install it in any place in the house (or garage) without worrying about the heat loss or security. Most providers sell stairs that are easily installed and don’t need special qualifications for using them.

Attic stairs usually consists of three folding sections which are made of pinewood. The ladder provides easy and safe access to attic and the space saving ladder folds away in to the ceiling. The cover will save your energy.

Sometimes attic stairs also have metal handrails which are added to guarantee safety and functionality. Every unit usually (it does not depend on provider) has a metal rod in the equipment, which you will use to lock or unlock the cover of attic.
