What can i use besides carpet to line basement stairs?
what kind of carpet or other type of floor covering can I use on my stairs? I want to have them covered because there are children running up and down all the time and carpet gets dirty very quickly and i'm always vaccuming. Help!
Answer:
There are clear plastic or vinyl runners that you can put over the carpet so that the carpet stays clean and the runner is easy to clean. The stairs remain cushioned as well if you have worries about a child hurting themselves by falling on a hard surface.
