When I install wood floors do I start with the stairs?

I have a large room that leads into the hallway, my concern is will my floor line up with bull nose piece from my stairs if I start in that large room OR should I start at the bottom of my stairs and work up. Thanks.

Answer:
Do the top riser first, set your bull nose for the top step long enough to get the flooring started right for the tongue and grove to lock at that point, after the floor is done work down the stairs if you want everything to lock to that point. I found it easier to work down the stairs by doing the riser first then working backwards from the bull hose and making my cut on the tread up against the riser. It also depends what your using for your floor, Real wood? Laminate? What?
Also it depends on what type of bull nose does it lock with the floor or lay over the floor, comes both ways.
